Frequently Asked Questions

May I re-post/re-use your artwork?
No, you may not. All the artwork on this site including my merch and portfolio artwork are prohibited from redistribution unless otherwise stated.

Do you do commissions?
Not at this time. As this is a side-gig and not my main job, I'm unfortunately unable to open up commissions at this time.

***I explicitly do not allow the use of my artwork for AI-related learning/training of any sort!***

:: Pin Grading Guide ::

As is with any piece of artwork, although enamel pins are mass-produced, they are still filled, assembled, and bagged completely by manual hands. This being the case, most if not all pins will inevitably contain traces of human error, no matter how minute. Unless otherwise noted, the pins listed in my shop will be graded into two categories: Standard and B-Grade

Standard - The pins contain minimal flaws, possibly with: small, sunken fills on the edges, light scratches on the metal (but not on the main artwork or fills of enamel), small dust particles, small air bubbles around the edges and/or smaller enamel fills. The overall quality of these pins reflect the highest standard, handmade work of the manufacturer, as well as the integrity of my artwork.

B-Grade - The pins contain noticeable flaws, with the following traits and/or a combination thereof: medium to heavy scratches on the metal and enamel fills, no-fills, color mixing/spills (which creates an unintended, screen print effect), incorrect color fills, sunken fills, large dust particles, pin holes on the metal, etc. The overall quality of these pins may reflect the clumsier hands of the manufacturer and is in no way their highest standard. Having said this, I've tried my best to sort the B-Grade pins that contain at most one-two of these traits, but if it has any more then in the garbage it usually goes.

:: Shop / Shipping Policy ::

Returns / Exchanges
 - At this time, I do not accept returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final, so please make sure that you are aware of this when finalizing your order.

Shipping Origination Point - I ship out from the State of Illinois, United States.

Shipping Schedule - I mainly ship out during the weekends. Due to this, should you place an order anywhere from Monday to Friday, I will not be able to ship out until Saturday of that week. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, depending on when I leave for the post office, your order can be shipped out on the same day OR the following weekend. Please be aware that some item listings are pre-orders and will be noted accordingly; the shipping schedule explained here applies to in-stock items.

Shipping Responsibility - Once the package is submitted to the post office, I no longer have any control of how they are handled. To keep the merchandise as safe as possible, I use package mailers that contain internal bubble wrap for protection. The packages are also thoroughly taped all around so that in the event of inclement weather such as rain or snow, the shipping label isn't smudged or destroyed.

Transit times for small packages can take anywhere from a few days to 1.5 weeks currently in the US, so please keep this in mind when tracking your package.

In the event of lost packages, there are a couple of ways I would recommend in order to handle the situation:

-Look around your immediate area / neighbors' doorsteps for the package. Sometimes small packages may be delivered to the wrong house number or PO box, but the item itself is still within the general vicinity.

-Wait a day or two for the package to arrive after the tracking number's status has been changed to "Delivered." USPS has had a habit lately of prematurely changing the status of packages to "Delivered" even if the item itself may still be in the local warehouse or truck.

-You can contact your local USPS post office, and usually they can give you directions as to how to file for a missing package and search notice.

International Shipping - As of April 2026, due to the ongoing tariff situation between the U.S. and various countries, I've decided to halt international shipping for the time being, while I navigate through its various factors. Eventually, I do plan to make international shipping available once more, when the current shipping environment is not so volatile.

Shipping Methods - At this time, I only offer First Class Package Mail for all items available in my shop. This is due to the fact that the merch I sell are lightweight, and as I do not have a lot of items currently listed at my shop at the moment, this shipping method remains the most cost-effective for people. Furthermore, this method offers tracking information, even without insurance. As this site hopefully continues to grow, I will eventually be able to offer more shipping methods.
